JIUJIN POWER recently welcomed an overseas customer to our manufacturing facility for an on-site factory and production review.
During the visit, the customer toured our production areas and gained a closer understanding of our manufacturing process for power fittings, pole-line hardware and related electrical infrastructure products.
Factory and Production Review
The visit included an introduction to our main production processes, including forming, machining, assembly, surface treatment and final inspection.
The customer also reviewed how product dimensions, material requirements and surface-treatment specifications are controlled during production.
Product and Project Discussion
During the technical discussion, both sides exchanged information on product applications, conductor matching, connection interfaces and project-specific requirements.
Particular attention was given to product compatibility, corrosion resistance and the importance of confirming drawings and dimensions before production.
Quality-Control Process
The customer also reviewed our inspection process for dimensional accuracy, surface condition and product consistency.
