Jiujin Electric Power’s Clevis-to-Clevis Guy Strain Insulator represents advanced engineering for transmission line stabilization. The insulator features a high-strength fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) core that provides exceptional mechanical strength while remaining non-conductive. Encased in high-temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber, the housing offers excellent hydrophobic properties, UV resistance, and protection against environmental contaminants. The clevis-to-clevis end fitting design allows for easy installation and secure connections in guy wire assemblies. This insulator prevents electrical current from traveling down guy wires while maintaining structural integrity under extreme tension loads and weather conditions.
