Jiujin Electric Power’s DTL Series Bi-metallic Cable Terminal is engineered to solve the challenge of connecting aluminium conductors to copper-based equipment, preventing galvanic corrosion and ensuring optimal electrical performance. The terminal features an aluminium barrel for crimping to aluminium cables and a copper contact end for connection to copper busbars, lugs, or devices. This bi-metallic design, combined with a hot-dip galvanized finish, provides excellent conductivity, mechanical strength, and resistance to environmental degradation. Precision-engineered for easy crimping with standard tools, these terminals reduce installation time and ensure low-resistance, durable connections. Manufactured in our Hebei facility under strict quality control, they meet international standards for power distribution, renewable energy, and industrial applications.
